01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on PKRBeet, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood their contents, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the PKRBeet platform.

These Terms apply to all products available on PKRBeet including sports betting, cricket live betting, poker, Andar Bahar, card games, Ludo games, crash games such as Aviator and JetX, and any other product added to the platform in the future. Where specific product rules differ from these general Terms, the specific product rules take precedence for that product only.

PKRBeet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to check this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.

02 Eligibility

To open and use a PKRBeet account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKRBeet does not permit accounts for individuals under 18 under any circumstances. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the original payment source.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, or any non-individual legal structures may not open player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of PKRBeet.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion on PKRBeet. If you have previously self-excluded and your exclusion period has not expired, you are not eligible to register a new account.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration. PKRBeet may request identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing your first withdrawal.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one PKRBeet account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. PKRBeet uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all related accounts will be suspended and winnings generated through the duplicate account structure may be voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PKRBeet login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Do not log in from public or shared devices without logging out afterwards. PKRBeet will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occur because you failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact PKRBeet support immediately. We will place a temporary hold on the account pending investigation.

Identity Verification (KYC)

PKRBeet may require you to submit identity documents before processing withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. In some cases, proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.

04 Deposits and Payments

PKRBeet operates entirely in Pakistani rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion on the PKRBeet platform.

Accepted deposit methods currently include:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet transfer)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet transfer)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank transfer via IBFT
• Visa or Mastercard debit card issued by a Pakistani bank

The minimum deposit on PKRBeet is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits are credited to your PKRBeet balance immediately for Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers. IBFT and card deposits may take up to two banking hours to reflect during business days.

PKRBeet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name and match the name on your PKRBeet account. Deposits from unverified third-party sources will be returned and may trigger an account review.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on PKRBeet are processed once your account has passed identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There are no withdrawal fees charged by PKRBeet, though your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees.

Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. PKRBeet may request additional verification before processing large withdrawals or first-time withdrawals to a new payment method.

Processing times by method:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Same day for verified accounts — typically within 2–4 hours during business hours.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Same banking day if submitted before 3:00 PM PKT, next banking day otherwise.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 banking days depending on the issuing bank.

PKRBeet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or money laundering. In such cases, PKRBeet will notify the account holder and provide a timeframe for resolution.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on PKRBeet are subject to these general betting rules and to the specific rules published for each sport or game category. In the event of a conflict, sport-specific or game-specific rules take precedence.

General Betting Principles

• Once confirmed, bets are final and cannot be cancelled or altered by the player. PKRBeet does not offer cash-out on all markets — where cash-out is available, it will be displayed against your open bet.
• Bets placed after an event has started may be accepted for in-play markets only. Any pre-match bet accepted in error after the event has started will be voided and the stake returned.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• PKRBeet reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets. Current maximum payout limits by sport are published in the specific sport rules sections.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — do not constitute a valid market. PKRBeet may void bets placed at erroneous odds even after the event has concluded.

Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket is the primary sport on PKRBeet and carries specific rules given the complexity of the format. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or reduced in overs, settlement will follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable. Markets that cannot be determined by DLS will be voided. Full cricket betting rules are published separately on the Sports Betting section of PKRBeet.

Poker Rules

PKRBeet poker tables operate under standard Texas Hold'em and Omaha rules. In the event of a disconnection, the all-in protection rules apply as published in the poker section. Collusion between players at the same table is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

PKRBeet offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and tournament entries. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the offer.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the following general bonus rules apply on PKRBeet:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the offer details.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible products as specified in the offer. Bonuses awarded for sports betting may not be used on poker or crash games unless explicitly stated.
• PKRBeet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there are reasonable grounds to suspect the bonus is being abused or exploited.
• Withdrawing real-money funds before completing wagering requirements on an active bonus will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PKRBeet and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical faults, or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event for betting purposes.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any multiplayer game on PKRBeet.
• Money laundering — using PKRBeet to deposit, circulate, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin.
• Accessing PKRBeet through a VPN or proxy for the purpose of misrepresenting your location or circumventing access restrictions.
• Using the PKRBeet platform to engage in any activity that violates applicable Pakistani law.

09 Responsible Gaming

PKRBeet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become a problem — and we take that seriously. The tools below are available to all PKRBeet account holders and can be applied from account settings without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Increases to limits take 24 hours to apply; decreases apply immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been active on PKRBeet for a specified time in one session.
• Cool-Down Period: Take a short break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During this period your account is temporarily suspended for betting activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude your account for a minimum of 6 months, up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Privacy and Data

PKRBeet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published separately at pkrbeet.bet/privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

In summary, PKRBeet collects the information necessary to operate your account (name, contact details, date of birth, payment method information), uses that information to verify your identity and process transactions, and does not sell your personal data to third parties. PKRBeet uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect account and payment data. However, no digital system is entirely immune to security risks. Players are advised to use strong, unique passwords and to contact PKRBeet support immediately if they suspect their account has been compromised.

11 Limitation of Liability

PKRBeet provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical faults, or third-party infrastructure failures may occasionally result in service interruption.

PKRBeet is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from platform downtime or technical errors beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or speculative loss claimed by a player.
• Decisions made by players under the influence of alcohol, substances, or emotional distress — PKRBeet strongly encourages responsible gambling at all times.

In cases where a technical error causes a bet to be accepted at incorrect odds or a game to malfunction, PKRBeet's liability is limited to returning the original stake. No additional compensation for expected winnings will be paid in respect of technical errors that are outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits PKRBeet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Amendments and Governing Terms

PKRBeet may amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes come into effect. Where amendments are minor clarifications or corrections, they may take effect immediately upon publication.

If you do not agree with an amendment, your remedy is to close your PKRBeet account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on PKRBeet, constitute the entire agreement between you and PKRBeet. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings, or agreements.
